SECAP Security Management System enables a Client an easy access to information on a facility and ongoing identification of issues and incidents. The system allows to monitor and supervise the work of security officers, providing communication between people working in different places and controlling the security of employees. What is more, SECAP greatly improves the communication between the cooperating parties in respect of security and technical service. SECAP facilitates ongoing monitoring of opinions and needs of tenants in scope of security, tracks the history of events (list of all reports and alarms), provides verification of all data received from workers, administrators and from the system analysis. Client has access to the data base of security procedures.

COMMUNICATOR

Easy to use, clearly specifies the type and priority of an issue. Ensures categorization and automatic distribution of issues to the right personnel.

  • Each issue can be marked with an adequate priority, category and status (new, in progress, finished). Categories simplify notification management , e.g. incidents, theft.
  • Comments allow users to exchange opinions and additional information on a specific issue. All information and time is added to a notification.
  • Notifications of reports and comments sent by e-mail provide a rapid flow of information and contact, also outside the system.
  • E-mail or SMS alert notifications allow a rapid response to unforeseen situations - e.g. evacuation.
